Driver intentional close pass

Driver is behind left-turning vehicle (pick up truck) in cross- traffic. I turn right from shoulder onto another shoulder while cross-traffic is stopped behind left-turing vehicle. As pick-up truck starts to turn, driver attempts a right-hand pass around the pick-up and into the shoulder in which I am riding. Despite no oncoming traffic, the driver makes a close pass honking the whole time.
