Close pass by truck/trailer

I was riding on an area road, a foot or two from the right edge as normal, when I was passed by a large pickup truck towing a trailer full of landscaping equipment. The truck itself was a little close (three feet is the minimum clearance in Ohio), but the trailer was even closer. Very unsafe, and no reason other than the driver wanted to save five seconds vs. waiting for oncoming traffic to pass.
