At least I would have been close to the hospital

Riding down the main road towards Hospital Lane when the NHS pulled out of the side road. Luckily I had enough time to brake, our conversation at the next roundabout made it clear he hadn’t seen me as I’d been in his blind spot. How about giving way at the give way line. Thanks NHS for nearly running me over.
